A million dollar miracle needed now!
 
As you may be aware, Vancouver City Hall gave PAL (Performing Arts
Lodge) Vancouver the green light to develop the property adjacent to the
Westin Bayshore Hotel for seniors housing.  That's the GOOD News!  Now
for the reality check:  

We need to come up with $2.5 million by the end of January (as a down
payment).  If not, the site will be given to the runner-up in this hotly
contested bid. 

While we are planning all sorts of fundraisers over the next several
months, we need your commitment today.

We estimate there are some 20,000 of us working in every aspect of this
industry - as actors, singers, musicians, dancers, stage managers,
directors, publicists, writers, etc.  If each of us gave $100 TODAY, we
could raise $2 million!  

We know it has been a tough year for many of you - so give what you can
afford. 

Know that when times are tough, a healthy PAL Vancouver will be there
for you.
