MARKETING, PUBLICITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

The Town Of Petrolia is accepting applications for the position of
Marketing, Publicity and Administrative Director for Victoria Playhouse
Petrolia. Reporting to the Managing Artistic Director on a day-to-day
basis, the candidate has experience in all aspects of the financial and
general management of the theatre - marketing, publicity, liaison with
media, bus tour companies, box office, temporary staffing and other
related duties. We seek a team player with a minimum of three years of
arts marketing/administrative experience, a dedicated, self-motivated
individual, and a "people person" with strong organizational,
administrative, interpersonal and writing skills as well as a solid
record of accountability.

This is a full-time one-year contract position to be renegotiated at the
end of the term. Salary based on qualifications and experience.

 

BOX OFFICE ASSOCIATE

The Town Of Petrolia is accepting applications for the position of Box
Office Associate. Reporting to the Managing Artistic Director on a
day-to-day basis, the candidate is a responsible person with excellent
customer service and business skills, strong computer and Internet
skills, highly organized, ability to take on multiple tasks, and ability
to run a full in-house box office system for a 425-seat house. Previous
theatre box office experience required and a willingness to work some
evenings and some weekends!

This is a temporary full-time contract position to be renegotiated at
the end of the term. Salary based on qualifications and experience.
