"COME TO THE CLUB TONIGHT"
September 30 - October 10
8 shows only!
Village Theatre West in Hudson, BOX OFFICE: 450-458-5361

Sexual stereotypes, racism and ageism get an irreverent send-up in Eve
Merriam's The Club, a musical that will be performed live at the Village
Theatre West in Hudson from September 30th to October 10th.

The show features the largest professional cast ever assembled on the
Village Theatre West stage. It includes some of Montreal's finest
English-language performers, including Karen Cromar, Yvette Ghattas,
Michelle Heisler, Janis Kirshner, Andee Shuster, Danielle Skene, Amanda
Strawn and Martine Whiting. Directed by Stephen Pietrantoni. Amy
Zanrosso is the musical director/pianist.

Originally produced Off Broadway almost 30 years ago, The Club follows
the members of an exclusive men's club in 1904 through an evening of
merrymaking and mayhem. Everybody smokes cigars, competes with each
other shamelessly and generally behaves badly in a ninety-minute
extravaganza of music and wild camaraderie. Just to add to the fun,
these male roles are all played by women!
