Gateway Theatre, Richmond BC - Job Posting
Position: Manager, Front of House Services   
Status:	Regular Full-Time	
Work Location: Gateway Theatre
Hours of Work:  Daytime, Evening and weekend work (Approx. 35 hrs/wk)

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate manages the delivery of the volunteer and front of house programs and demonstrates Gateway Theatre's 4 core values in their work.  These values are respect, leadership, quality and inclusiveness.  The Manager, Front of House Services manages one support staff and a team of 4-5 bartenders.  The Manager, Front of House Services and Volunteer and FOH Coordinator will share front of house management for all events at Gateway Theatre. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Theatre Production necessary
- 5+ years experience working with Volunteers and supervising others
- Have a thorough knowledge of fire regulations, safety regulations, and liquor control
 board regulations
- Computer literate: Microsoft Suite
- Qualified with First Aid, CPR and Serving It Right courses
-Team player
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of "Volunteer Works" and/or "Theatre Manager" database programs an asset
- Superior problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
