Gateway Theatre Richmond, BC - Job Posting
Position: Volunteer and FOH Coordinator	
Status: Regular Full-Time	         
Work Location: Gateway Theatre
Hours of Work:	Daytime, Evening and weekend hours (Approx. 35 hrs/wk)

Reporting to the Manager, Front of House Services, the successful candidate provides support for the front of house program and manages ths volunteer program.  They must demonstrate Gateway Theatre's 4 core values in their work.  These values are respect, leadership, quality and inclusiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Theatre Production necessary
- 2-5 years experience organizing and working with volunteers
- Have working knowledge of fire regulations, safety regulations, and liquor control board regulations
- Computer literate: Microsoft Suite, knowledge of "Volunteer Works" or computer database programs an asset
- Qualified with First Aid, CPR and Serving It Right courses
- Team player
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Superior problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
