Manitoba Theatre Centre presents a preview performance of the Pulitzer
Prize-winning Driving Miss Daisy to benefit the Actors' Fund of Canada
Featuring Doreen Brownstone in her ONLY Winnipeg appearance in the title
role
February 8, 7:00 pm at the MTC Warehouse

When a Jewish matron in the segregated south becomes too old to drive,
her son hires a black chauffeur. Over the next twenty-five years, the
world around them changes radically, but the biggest changes are those
that take place in their automobile.

Equity Life Member Doreen Brownstone will star in MTC's touring version
of this funny, heart-warming tribute to unlikely friendships. NOTE: This
will be Winnipeg's only opportunity to see Doreen in the title role as
the part will be played by Michael Learned when the production moves to
the MTC mainstage.

Tickets: (204) 942-6537
