CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - COLLINGWOOD

Theatre Collingwood announces auditions for the 2006 summer season, for
the following roles:

"Mini-Putt" by Simon Joynes
Contract period:  June 19 - July 15, 2006
a)Role of Frank - early 50s who is taking what is likely his last stab
at making a go of it.
b) Role of Darlene - 40s who is modern and upscale on the surface but
has some baggage
c) Role of Earl -  late 20s who is something of a kind but lost soul
looking for grounding

"They're Playing Our Song" book by Neil Simon, music by Marvin Hamlisch
and lyrics by Carole Bayer Sager. Contract period:  July 24 - August 19,
2006
a) Role of: Vernon Gersch - early/ mid 30s Academy Award winning
composer
b) Role of Sonia Walsk - late 20s quirky but accomplished lyricist
Looking for actors who can sing; some choreography involved.

Premiere of "Eds Garage" by Dan Needles
Contract period:  August 7 - September 2, 2006
a) Role of:  Ed - late 50s, a rural oracle in a strange sort of way
b) Role of: Sandra - early 30s, a professional therapist/psychologist
c) Role of Nick - early 30s an acolyte of Eds
d) Role of Peter -  mid 20s looking for therapy

Submission deadline:  January 31/06.
Auditions held in February 06 in Toronto.
