JOB - GENERAL MANAGER - ST. CATHARINES

Theatre Beyond Words is accepting applications for the position of General Manager. 
Reporting to the Board of Directors and working with the Artistic Committee, the General Manager will be responsible for:
- implementing the Company's strategic plan in keeping with its mandate, mission, vision, and values
- operational and financial functions of marketing and sales; fund development; annual, long range and strategic planning; outreach; administration; and human resources

The successful candidate will:
- be result oriented and have proven leadership skills developed in progressive senior management positions, preferably in an arts or not-for-profit environment
- have experience working directly with a not-for-profit volunteer Board of Directors, successful fundraising experience and the ability to represent TBW in the municipal, provincial and federal arenas
- be dynamic, innovative, energetic, sociable, and very well organized
