Magnetic North Theatre Festival

The Magnetic North Theatre Festival is a national festival of contemporary Canadian Theatre. In 2008 the festival will be presented in Vancouver BC from June 4th - 14th.

In preparation, the Festival is looking for a Vancouver-based Production Manager/ Technical Director to work with the national and local staff for the Vancouver Edition of the 2008 Magnetic North Theatre Festival. This individual will be responsible for all technical and production needs of the Artistic programming for the Main Festival, the Encounters Series, Industry Series and the Vancouver component of the festival. Applicants must have a proven record working in Theatre as a Technical Director and or Production Manager.

This position will begin part-time on October 2nd, 2007 and continue as part-time/full-time as required until June 30th, 2008.

Fee: $20,000 - $25,000
