Lighthouse Festival Theatre has employment opportunities in its upcoming summer season for Production Assistants in all departments. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, flexible individuals to join our fast-paced production team.

Reporting to the Technical Director and Production Manager, Productions Assistants will be responsible to assist with the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of all aspects relating to their specific department, including production requirements for the Main Stage shows, maintenance of equipment and inventory, as well as show calls during the season. The successful candidate must be competent with departmental budgeting and record-keeping, and able to complete work as scheduled while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of either a two-year technical diploma or equivalent experience in their field working in the industry.

This contract position is seasonal, beginning in May and lasting until early September.

Salary is dependent on experience.
