CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - ST. CATHARINES

Looking for actor/puppeteers for Roseneath Theatre's world premier of
"Rocket and the Queen of Dreams"
Casting: 
 
Mom/Puppeteer:  25-40 years old. This actor also works a variety of
shadow puppets backstage.
 
Dad/Puppeteer: 25-40 years old.  Also works a variety of shadow puppets
backstage.
 
Rehearsals:                 May 12, 2008 to June 7th, 2008
Performance:                June 8th, 2008 to June 15th, 2008
 
The rehearsals and performances take place in Toronto, Ontario.  

We are an Equity company and wages are above Equity minimum.

Please Note:
1.  Must be willing to tour both the US and Canada in future years.  
 
2.  Show involves working both onstage as an actor and backstage as a
puppeteer.  Good teamwork, dexterity and collaboration skills are a
must.  Good memory, visual skills, puppetry and/or prop work are an
asset. 
 
Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
