Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Coordinator is
a full-time position responsible for maintaining the day-to-day
administrative operations as well as audience services and development
for the society. This position oversees office maintenance,
communication tools (database, email, website), marketing and donor
campaigns, front of house and daily financial needs.

The Operations Coordinator supervises interns and volunteers, as well as
box office staff, as needed.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience
with Quark and FileMaker Pro is an asset.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a
sense of humour. They will be self-motivated, detail-oriented,
proficient at meeting deadlines and comfortable working on multiple
projects simultaneously.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience. Benefits include extended
