EQUIFLASH - EQUITY IS GOING GREEN

As of August 1, 2008, Equity is exchanging paper-based membership correspondence with direct email delivery. News concerning the administration and governance of the Association (e.g. notice of upcoming meetings and information on membership benefits) will be electronically distributed to the membership.

*** Members who do not wish to receive Equity's news by email, or who do not have access to the internet, must call the National
Office (1-800-387-1856 or 416-867-9165 in Toronto only, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) to make alternative arrangements. ***

This conversion will reduce our impact on the environment.

EQ will continue to be delivered by post unless a member has specified a preference for online delivery in the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com. Dues invoices will also be mailed to members not registered for automatic debit or credit card payment.

All members are encouraged to update contact information, including a current email address, in the Members Only zone
of EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com.
