Theatre Prospero is an Edmonton professional theatre company,
specializing in poetic theatre. A typical season includes one to two
productions of a play by William Shakespeare which will tour the
province, as well as one or two contemporary works, and several
artists-in -residence programs in schools. The Shakespeare tours are
unique in that the students at the school get rehearsed into parts in
the play in the morning, and then perform with the professional actors
in the afternoon.

Theatre Prospero is a registered not-for-profit society, and is becoming
an affiliate member of PACT.

This will be a full time position (35-40 hours/week) with some
flexibility. Some evenings and weekends will be required. This position
works 10.5 months of the year from September - June, with July and half
of August off. Salary will be approximately $27,000 - 32,000/10.5 month
term, dependent on experience.
