The Citadel Theatre is seeking highly-organized team player who thrives
in a fast-paced environment to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the
Director of Production, this is a full-time, year-round position.

The Assistant Production Manager ensures (with the Director of
Production) the effective and efficient use of  labour, time, equipment,
theatre space and money to meet the production needs of the theatre.
This includes but is not limited to:
*       managing and supporting the theatre's technical and production
teams
*       liaising with and supporting production creative teams
*       ensuring production budgets and deadlines are met
*       facilitating inter-departmental communications between artistic,
creative, administrative and production personnel

Qualifications:
*       management experience in a professional theatre setting
*       strong personnel management, team leadership and interpersonal
skills
*       highly organized, able to multi-task, prioritize work and meet
deadlines
*       availability to work evenings and weekends
*       extensive knowledge of production techniques and theatre
equipment
*       experience working with CAEA, IATSE, ADC etc.
