REMINDER - MAIL 2009 - 2012 STRATFORD SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL ADDENDUM TO
THE CTA BALLOTS TODAY

The 2009 - 2012 Stratford Shakespeare Festival Addendum to the Canadian
Theatre Agreement is currently before the Equity membership for
ratification.

Ratification packages, including a ratification ballot and a copy of the
proposed changes to the 2009 - 2012 Addendum together with detailed
explanatory notes, have been mailed to all Equity members in good
standing who worked under the Addendum during the 2006-2009 term. 

In order to be sure your ballot is received in time to be counted, mail
your completed ballot today. Only ballots received in Equity's National
Office prior to 5:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 will be
counted. 

Results will be announced as soon as possible after the ballot count on
December 17, 2009 

A copy of the Stratford Addendum ratification package is now available
in the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com.
