Interim Production Manager - Roseneath Theatre
January-May 2010

Position: Production Manager. Contract position to cover maternity
leave. January-May 2010 with a possibility of renewal for 3-4 months
beginning September.

Roseneath Theatre is a Theatre for Young Audience company which tours
into schools in Toronto, throughout Ontario and theatres in the United

This position demands strong organizational, supervisory and
trouble-shooting skills.

The Production Manager will be responsible for all aspects of production
including sets, costumes, and props as well as maintaining budget goals
and liaising with the creative team. The position also includes managing
bookings for our rehearsal space.

REQUIRED SKILLS
*       Minimum of either a two-year technical diploma with production
management experience or five years of working in the theatre industry.
*       Strong communication and decision-making skills
*       Basic knowledge of the workings of CAEA and the ITA
*       Experience in touring
*       Knowledge of the Theatre for Young Audiences genre
