CCPA is a dynamic institution in Victoria, BC, dedicated to excellence
in higher education.  The College offers a diverse and
multi-disciplinary curriculum which prepares students for national and
international careers in the performing arts.

Reporting to the Board of Directors of The Canadian Heritage Arts
Society, the College Director provides strategic business leadership to
staff and faculty and ensures a high quality, commercially viable
programme that fully supports the educational mandate.  The College
Director will work with the Board of Directors, the staff and faculty to
define a vision for the College and will collaborate with the Artistic
and Education Director to realize that vision, practically and
productively.

As the senior executive of the school the College Director is
responsible for:
*  Strategic planning
*  Financial planning and management
*  Human resource management
*  Student enrolment/School administration
*  Marketing and development
*  Facility development and operations
*  Academic licensing and linkages

Experience in the non-profit sector is required. Excellent written and
oral communication skills in English are essential.  Competent written
and oral communication skills in French would be beneficial.
