Additional information:
The Artistic Director is responsible to the Theatre's Board of
Directors.  He/she  is responsible for the overall artistic direction of
the Theatre, including the selection of the annual playbills, hiring of
all artistic and production personnel and overseeing casting of each
production, overseeing the season and directing a minimum of two main
shows each year, overseeing the Youth program, overseeing the
Playwrights' festival and conducting a writer's workshop for that
festival.

Candidates should have extensive experience producing and directing
professional theatre, managing a professional theatre company and
planning theatre sessions. They should have proven ability to liaise
with public and private sector organizations to further the aims of the
theatre, as well as solid leadership skills, excellent communication
skills, including the ability to work effectively with the media.
Experience in theatre facilities management would be an asset.
