Additional information:
Maggie Lincoln (Margaret): 20's, African-American, works at the factory
with Bea and Shirley, sings with Brad's band and is love with him. She
is honourable and well-mannered but hiding a back bone of bravery and
determination. A good  dramatic actor and a versatile singer with a wide
vocal range who moves from 40's jazz swing to dramatic musical theatre. 

Captain Ben Taylor (Benedick): mid 30's, gregarious, a guy's guy, WW2
soldier, a wit, a confirmed bachelor. A strong baritone and dramatic
actor with a natural comedic ability.

Ensemble of Men and Women: returning soldiers, factory women, locals,
etc. Must be strong singers. 

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
