Pre-registration is required, as space is limited to 12 participants.

Alexander Technique is a study of movement with principles that
re-direct the body to move with greater ease, helping to eliminate
unwanted physical habits and tensions in the body and voice. 

Sessions involve practical components, and participants are asked to
bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
