Invitations for the insurance survey have gone out this week to all members in good standing for whom Equity's office has a valid email address. Please note that the email will be sent via Leger Marketing, our research partner. The information we collect will be used by Council in a review of all aspects of the current plan, including types, duration and levels of coverage, and coverage providers.

It may be useful to take some time, prior to completing the survey, to give some thought to your current and recent health and disability needs, health insurance usage patterns, typical engagement patterns, and likely future needs. The results of this work will shape our insurance plan for some time to come, and considered and informed responses are essential to that being done well.

If you have not received the invitation email by the end of this week, please check your spam folder. It may be that the message was directed there.
