Technical Director

Contract position - 5 months, April - September

Thousand Islands Playhouse is seeking a Technical Director with a
minimum of 1 - 2 years professional experience as a TD, ATD or Crew
Chief.  Duties include managing technical operations in two performance
venues, supervising scenic construction and scenic art shops, with some
scenic construction as required.  The Technical Director will be
responsible for positive communication with designers, technical staff,
and rental clients, as well as the safe and efficient operation of shops
and stages.

Requirements

Positive leadership skills
1 -2 years professional experience as a TD, ATD, or Crew Chief
Excellent communication skills
Functional computer skills required for general business
Experience with Auto-CAD preferred
Joint Health and Safety Committee experience
