Additional information:
  The Chemainus Theatre Festival (CTF) seeks a full-time Production
Manager charged with the operation of CTF's Production Department. CTF
engages Artists under the terms of the Independent Theatre Agreement.

As part of the theatre's senior management team, the Production Manager
reports to the Artistic Director and works in conjunction with the
Managing Director.
Requirements:
*Minimum of five year's experience in professional theatre, preferably
with a post-secondary degree in technical theatre from a recognized
institution, at least 3 years of Production Manager experience.
*Thorough grounding and demonstrated abilities in all aspects of
stagecraft. 
*Superior communication and time management abilities and familiarity
with aspects of budgeting and scheduling production activities. 
*Professional experience in one or more aspects of stage design or stage
management.
*High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other compatible
programs.
*Leadership with integrity, passion, and humour in a high pressure,
deadline-driven industry.
