OPERA HAMILTON INCORPORATED PLACED ON EQUITY'S DEFAULTING ENGAGERS LIST

Engagers who owe outstanding fees, payments or benefits to Equity
artists are considered to be "defaulting engagers."

 

As of Tuesday, May 31, 2011, Opera Hamilton Incorporated has been placed
on Equity's list of defaulting engagers. Any questions regarding this
action or about Equity's defaulting engagers list may be forwarded to
Executive Director Arden R. Ryshpan (execdir at caea.com).

 

No Equity member is permitted to enter into a contractual relationship
with a defaulting engager, and defaulting engagers are prohibited from
entering into contractual relationships with Equity members.

 

Members are asked to inform Business Representative Gwen Bartleman
(gwen at caea.com or by phone at 1-800-387-1856 / 416-867-9165 in Toronto)
immediately if offered an engagement by Opera Hamilton Incorporated. 

 

Any Equity member or member's agent who has negotiated or is in the
process of negotiating a future engagement with Opera Hamilton
Incorporated should also contact Gwen Bartleman immediately.
