The Stage Management CPAG has created a resource document to provide Equity Stage Managers with a current overview of Employment Standards Legislation and Regulations.

The resource includes information on exceptions, averaging and links to government websites where Employment Standards information (organized by province) is posted. 

The information provided should be considered in tandem with Appendix IV of the Canadian Theatre Agreement and is current to March, 2011.
