The Thousand Islands Playhouse, Eastern Ontario's premier professional
theatre arts organization, is located in Gananoque, On.  The Playhouse
artistic policy outlines its commitment to showcasing Canadian artists,
new play development and opportunities for young, emerging artistic
talent.  It operates two recently renovated facilities, the 360 seat
Springer Theatre, and the 140 seat studio space, the Firehall Theatre. 
 The new AD should have a proven record of at least seven years of
diverse theatre experience.
This is a senior position that works in partnership with the current
General Manager (GM), and both positions report directly to the Board.
