Centaur Theatre's Brave New Looks after winning the MECCA for Best
Production for Medea, Scapegoat Carnivale presents The Bacchae, set
during the Great Awakening, an ecstatic religious revival that took
place in Cane Ridge, Kentucky in 1801. The play is based on a new
translation from the ancient Greek by Andreas Apergis and Joseph
Shragge, and directed by Andreas Apergis.
The play will be presented from the 11th to the 20th of October 2012 in
the Centaur Theatre as its selection for Brave New Looks.
