Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
Wild Excursions Performance is seeking three actors for a physical
theatre piece entitled House of X that is to be presented as part of the
Neanderthal Arts Festival in July. The various narrative strands that
form the piece are fractured and recombined, and the storytelling is
conveyed almost completely via gesture, movement and invented or
improvised speech, otherwise known as gibberish. Intelligible English is
employed only in fragmentary form at the end of the work.

Fearless, versatile and inventive performers are required! One woman to
play 40s, 50s, one woman to play late 20s, early 30s, and one man to
play 30s.

Additional information:
Actors are required for a one-week workshop in late May or early June;
the rehearsal period and performances will take place throughout the
month of July.

This contract will be under the terms and agreements of the CAEA.

This audition is to be held Monday, March 26 and is by invitation. Could
