North West encourages submissions from artists of diverse backgrounds.

Auditions are general only and will give Artistic Producer Samantha
MacDonald an opportunity to meet you and become acquainted with your
work. Show-specific casting will be conducted by production directors in
consultation with the AP. Production directors will be present in some
cities.

Those selected for a general audition are asked to prepare 2 contrasting
monologues with a combined length of no more than 4 minutes. We thank
everyone for their interest; however, only those selected for an
audition will be contacted.

A hard copy of your headshot and resume will be required at the time of
your audition.

Please note: If Samantha MacDonald has seen you recently (May 2011) or
is familiar with your work, there is not need to apply at this time.
Regina auditions will go ahead if numbers warrant.

2012/13 Season: That Summer by David French (contract dates September 3
to October 11, 2012), Joyful Noise by Tim Slover (contract dates October
27 to December 6, 2012), Privilege by Paul Weitz (contract dates January
18 to February 28, 2013), Henry and Alice: Into the Wild by Michele Riml
(contract dates April 1 to May 9, 2013)

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
