QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS

Qualifications
* 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in professional
performing arts (preferably theatre) with at least 3 years as a
Production Manager
* Proven proficiency with budgeting in all production areas, including
financial tracking
* Extensive knowledge of staging and production techniques, and theatre
equipment including lighting, sound and video
* Experience working with the Canadian Theatre Agreement, in particular
section 55
* Experience working in a Union environment
* Shall have strong interpersonal skills and have demonstrated
leadership skills
* Shall have demonstrated superior written and oral communication skills
* Shall have excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Salary: $41,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate on experience
