EQUITY ANNOUNCES THE EQUITY DENTAL NETWORK

Equity is delighted to announce the “Equity Dental Network,” a new savings program designed exclusively for the Association. Equity members in good standing, and their dependents, may now save 25% off the cost of dental services. Savings even apply to cosmetic services such as crowns, veneers and tooth whitening. 

How the plan works:

The savings are immediate! Simply show your Equity Dental Network access card to receive a direct 25% discount on services performed by the general dentist and dental staff. No claim forms are required. There is no waiting for reimbursement from the plan. There are no annual maximums.

Coverage is in effect from January 1 through to December 31 each year. Simply show your access card at a dental office registered in the network and you will receive a 25% discount on the fees charged by the dentist. This access card comes into effect January 1, 2014 and is valid for the calendar year.

If your usual dentist isn’t currently in the Equity Dental Network, you may encourage him or her to join by asking them to contact the plan administrators by email at info at equitydental.ca or by calling 1-855-920-5252.

A new access card for the next calendar year will be issued to you each November after payment of your basic dues. In order for your immediate family members to also receive a 25% discount, their names must appear on your access card. You may register your dependents at www.equitydental.ca - and an updated access card will be mailed to you.
