Additional information: 
The Chemainus Theatre Festival is accepting applications for the position of Apprentice Stage Manager for their 2014 production of "Over the River and Through the Woods."

Contract Dates: September 3 - November 8, 2014

Primary position components:
- Apprentice Stage Manager working with Equity Stage Manager
- Full-time, term employment with hourly wage
- Eligibility for Equity credits

Qualifications:
- Intention to become a professional CAEA Stage Manager
- Post-secondary education in theatre arts-related study
- Strong organizational and people skills
- A good knowledge of stagecraft, technical theatre and rehearsal procedures
- Experience and resourcefulness in handling emergencies
- Tireless enthusiasm, with an attitude toward training
