UPDATE: MEDICAL INSURANCE RECEIPT CALCULATION ERROR

In light of the insurance receipt calculation error discovered yesterday, Equity staff is preparing to send a personal email to each affected Equity member (for whom we have an email address on file), and who paid insurance premiums in 2013. 

This email outreach will begin this evening. 

Members are advised to check their email for further instructions, and to be advised of next steps if necessary.

Please be advised that members who received an incorrect receipt will be mailed a new receipt marked as "AMENDED" reflecting the corrected amount by Friday, March 21, 2014. 

We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this error may have caused.
