Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
Matchmaker Productions is casting 2 roles for an upcoming VANCOUVER
FRINGE piece about the life & works of Oscar Wilde.

Additional information:
ACTOR 1: Male - To play Oscar Wilde (ranging early 30s to early 50s)

ACTOR 2: Female - To play multiple roles (ranging late 20s to early
40s), including cross-gender casting.

Familiarity with Oscar Wilde's life and works is an asset.

Style of play is part-lecture on OW's life and part-theatrical
presentations of scenes from his plays.

This production will be a full CAEA contract. 4 weeks full pay under
INDIE 2.0 agreement. MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME FROM AUG. 17 to SEP.
4th and FOR ALL FRINGE PERFORMANCES UNTIL SEPT. 14th. Due to budget
restrictions, only Vancouver-area locals can be considered.

Auditions date TBA, but they will be held in Vancouver late-June 2014.
