About the project:
One Autumn evening, after learning of her father's illness, Harper Regan
walks away from her home, her husband, her daughter, and keeps going.
She tells no one where she's going or whether she's coming back. She put
everything she's ever worked for at risk. Her journey takes her to the
very borderlines of the relationship between eros and thanatos, sex and
death. Harper Regan is an absorbing story, a woman's tale of the need to
explore the very meaning of loyalty, morality, and the bonds of family,
written by Olivier Award-winning writer Simon Stephens.

We are casting one actor to portray both of the following roles. We are
especially interested in actors who fall into the 17-24 age range.

Tobias Rich: Age 17. Black or Middle Eastern or South East Asian. Loner,
Confused, trying to create a belief system like any adolescent who has
been dealt a bit of a hard hand.  Pubescent erotic drive. Divorced
parents and absentee mother. / Mahesh Aslam :early 20s. Black or Middle
Eastern or South East Asian. Hard worker. Has a head injury from
football. Shy. Impulsive. 

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
