Synopsis: The story follows 16 year-old Pandora as she begins to navigate
the world of dating. Curious about sex, she uses her new laptop to privately
gather information. To her surprise, an innocent search turns into a
disturbing journey through the surreal realm of cyber-porn. Conflicted by
what she sees, Pandora realizes the dangers of defining oneself through the
prism of the Internet, and the importance of remaining plugged into the real
world.

Role description: Pandora is a black female, age 16 to 18.

Contract: 1 run of 4 weeks & 1 run of 5 weeks

Rehearsal dates: At Youtheatre’s Office (5333 ave Casgrain, #507, Montreal)
2 weeks November 16-27, 2016
2 weeks January 18-29, 2016

Performance dates:   2 weeks at Young People’s Theatre (Toronto) Nov.
30–Dec. 11, 2015
1 week at the Segal Centre (Montreal) Feb. 2-5, 2016
2 weeks on School Tour (Montreal-based) Feb. 8-19, 2016

Deadline to submit is September 4th, 2015 at 12PM. Only selected candidates
will be contacted.  If contacted, actors will be required to perform one
contemporary monologue of 2 minutes.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members
cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
