and spiritual awareness with "Corporeal Mime: The Actors Art of Movement,"
November 17-22, 2015 at the Pia Bouman School for Ballet and Creative

internationally-renowned director Jason Byrne of Dublin’s Loose Canon. Jason
has invested many years of research and practical study in the works of
Stanislavsky, Grotowski & Meisner, which has shaped his unique and evolving
approach to acting and actors: 'Action & Intention'. Join us in exploring
his fascinating and utterly unique approach to the complexities and rewards

Taught by Artistic Director Andrew Lamb, this course is specifically
designed to give actors the opportunity to explore theatre for young
audience characters in a safe and encouraging environment. Over the course
of five sessions participants will learn practical tools and skills to use
in approaching texts for young audiences, as well as being given the
opportunity to explore characters that sit outside their comfort zone.
