In our desire to reflect the world and our community on our stage, The Grand
Theatre encourages racially diverse actors to submit resumes.

Additional information:
The Grand Theatre is accepting submissions for the roles below in Jim Betts'
Canadian musical Colours in the Storm, to be produced in March/April/May
2017. Director Heather Davies and MD Marek Norman will be seeing
actor/singer/musicians in Toronto on June 20.

TOM THOMSON: passionate, mercurial, and increasingly possessed by his
artistic visions; 35 years old in 1912
MARTIN BLETCHER: quiet, emotional repressed, but capable of anger; considers
himself Thomson’s rival for Winnie
WINNIE TRAINOR: confident, capable and Thomson’s equal in most things; a few
years younger than Thomson
WILD MARY: an uncontrolled spirit of the bush, alert to and embracing of the
danger and passions in the park

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members
cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
