About the position:  The General Manager reports to the Board of Directors,
and works closely with the Artistic Director on short and long-term planning
and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, as well as
the main producing needs for shows and workshops. Responsibilities of the
General Manager, both shared and individual, will include the producing and
administration of our season, fundraising and grant writing, office
management, and supporting the Board of Directors.

This is a part time position. The successful applicant will be expected to
put in approximately 20-30 hours a week depending on activities. Exact
scheduling is flexible, and may demand more of the applicant in production
months, and less in others. The Salary for this position will range between
$24,000 to $28, 000/year, dependant on experience.
