Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
Smile Theatre welcomes submissions from artists of all ethno-cultural
backgrounds.

Additional information:
Smile Theatre will be touring its “Smile Small Classic” version of Anne Of
Green Gables – 3 actors, 1 hour – to Seniors in Care around the GTA from
September 6 to November 5 this coming fall. We are looking for ONE young
actor to play Gilbert AND Matthew AND Rachel Lynde. (How much fun will that
be?!) Talent is important, but so is a sense of humour and an empathy for
Seniors.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the audition.
