Additional information:
The AFC is looking for a Full Time Executive Assistant who would be
responsible for a wide variety of duties supporting the Executive Director
and other staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry of constituents
and gifts, taking minutes from meetings, donor stewardship, office
management and drafting external correspondence.

Core Competencies
- Strong attention to detail.
- High energy and stress tolerance in order to navigate all duties with a
sense of urgency, while simultaneously demonstrating compassion, discretion,
and concern for the dignity of the clients.
- Ability to communicate and convey information both verbally and in
writing. A high degree of both literacy and numeracy is required.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, in a time-sensitive manner, including
special events, research, data compilation, documentation, and fundraisers.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Additionally, experience with Raisers Edge (or other Donor Management/CRM
software packages) is highly desirable.
