UPGRADES TO EQUITY'S PHONE SYSTEM - NOVEMBER 9

In order to make necessary upgrades to Equity's phone system, Equity's
National and Western offices may experience a brief telephone service
disruption during the morning of Friday, November 9th. The majority of the
disruption is expected to occur between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00
a.m. ET. Equity will provide an update if disruptions continue longer than
