Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As some of you know, one of the organizations that I am involved with is the
Armenia Tree Project (www.armeniatree.org), a national non-profit
organization that focuses on tree planting and environmental education
across Armenia. From an international perspective, they are one of the
leaders in pushing environmental curriculum forward with the support from
their Ministry of Education and in setting excellent standards for
collaboration and cooperation.

This year, the Pomegranate Film Festival, will be featuring the Armenia Tree
Project (ATP). The Festival, celebrating films by and/or about Armenians, is
working with a consulting firm, Green Reel, to help make the Festival as
'green' as possible. They will be holding an ATP short film session on the
Sunday morning of the festival followed by a Q/A with ATP's Program
Developer from their Boston office. All proceeds from this session, in
addition to the dollar amount associated with carbon offsetting flights for
directors and actors to Toronto will be donated to the ATP.

I encourage you to visit the website (www.pomegranatefilmfestival.com
<http://www.pomegranatefilmfestival.com/> ) and peruse the film schedule.
The Festival runs from Friday, September 28th to Sunday, September 30th.

Thanks so much,

Adrina
