[CANUFNET] Tree value calculator

This is kind of cool.  It's currently only available for Washington,
D.C. area but a generic version is apparently being developed in August,
for other climatic regions.

If you have a tree in front of your house, you enter in a couple of
pieces of data and it calculates the environmental benefits being
produced by your tree.
