[CANUFNET] multi flow tubing

Has anyone had any experience with multi flow tubing (attached photo)
installed under new concrete sidewalks where tree wells have also been
installed? The idea would be to install the multi flow tubing so that it
radiates out from the tree well to allow for gas exchange. Granted there
are numerous concerns associated with tree wells in general, but any
thoughts on the effectiveness of the multi flow tubing?
