We've used the multi-flow on a number of projects from parks to private residences and on acreages for the purpose it was designed for, which is to drain water, and it works great. Instead of using a larger back hoe to dig a huge trench to bury conventional weeping tile, just a slot trench made with a small trencher or skidsteer attachment is all that's needed. As long as all the water has some place to go, it should work great under a sidewalk, there are various connectors for making grids and joining different sized lines and so forth.Gerard Fournier, BCMA # PR-0130BT

  Subject: [CANUFNET] multi flow tubing

Has anyone had any experience with multi flow tubing (attached photo) installed under new concrete sidewalks where tree wells have also been installed? The idea would be to install the multi flow tubing so that it radiates out from the tree well to allow for gas exchange. Granted there are numerous concerns associated with tree wells in general, but any thoughts on the effectiveness of the multi flow tubing?
