City of Kelowna performed a UFORE and STRATUM analysis a couple of years ago. Both have been excellent tools for us. We also have detailed street tree inventory.

City of North Vancouver, BC also conducted a STRATUM analysis several years ago.

Subject: [CANUFNET] Value of trees

I am updating some work for the Ontario Heritage Tree Alliance on the
"value" of trees. While the outline I am providing is conceptual to
assist lay-advocates in making a case for tree preservation, I would
like to include a few lines on such benefit cost analysis models as
UFORE and STRATUM. Does anyone have some examples of where STRATUM has
been used in the Canadian context? Any comments on its application
(recognizing that it is a street tree management tool)?
Thanks!
