Subject: [CANUFNET] Trees in Downtown business areas
Happy New Year Everyone,
Like many cities, the trees in the downtown area is important environmentally, ecologically, economically and for social and health concerns. Many trees planted in the downtown area have a very reduced life span due to street and sidewalk salt application, compaction vandalism …………… What are other Canadian cities doing to maximize/improve the growing conditions of trees in their downtown areas.
