[CANUFNET] Utility Contracts

I am looking for information on electrical utility contracts.  Are there any municipalities that tender pruning contracts that are strictly for utility pruning?   We are going to tender for the complete pruning of boulevard trees that are within the recommended set back distance of electrical utility lines. This will require certified ISA arborists that are also utility arborists.
